Quinoa Tabbouleh
I looked at quinoa crosseyed the first time I saw it in an article. It took me some time before I bought it and put it on the shelf. Then, I discovered it significant nutritional value - it's a complete protein. That's a plus. It's also not an animal protein. I do eat meat, but I like to keep meat consumption to only a few times a week. Do stop in and have a look see at my recipe, Quinoa Tabouleh.
