REVIEWS

BIO:

Grinelda Markowitz writes erotic fiction across multiple genres. She resides in a galaxy far, far away with a trusty pen, a never-ending supply of paper and a fertile imagination. The Moon-Kissed Chi, her first e-published book in the genre of erotic fiction, is available on Amazon and Smashwords.

For a bit of recreation she enjoys clay work and attending symphony. She meets up with friends when able to sync with their schedules and she maintain a fairly active virtual life. Eating out is a passion for her. She’s always glad to find a new restaurant which warrants a return visit.

Cliché as it is, she used to work at a bookstore part time. Finally, she also maintains a full-time bread-and-butter job as well. Embarking on a serious approach to writing rather than the hit-and-miss efforts of previous years has provided a welcome focal point in her daily existence.

BLURB:
In the city of Kalaydan, Arrinay and Bezhyanya, the senior members of the ruling family, are faced with the early maturation of their daughter, Gayadnae. She must start the training. It’s Kalaydan law. Their daughter has other ideas. After concocting a plan to avoid responsibility and almost succeeding in carrying it out, Gayadnae’s life takes an unexpected turn.

Grayt, the ever-present serving woman to Arrinay, fills many roles and has her fingers in a number of pies. There’s definitely more to her than is apparent on the surface. Along with coordinating activities in the Main House, keeping the young mistress in line, and talking to horses, Grayt has a more secret agenda with a graver responsibilities.

A hint of trouble on the horizon and other darker activities weave their way through the backdrop of this delightful tale which takes place in the city of Kalaydan.

By Danielle Lee Zwissler
Romantic Comedy Tour
May 13 - 18

REVIEWS

Danielle Lee Zwissler is an Ohio author. She is a big fan of romance as well as fantasy. She likes her characters to have larger than life personalities, a fair amount of money, and if possible, red hair!

The first book that she had published was "Her Last Chance" and immediately after was the second book of the Daniels Dynasty,"The Art of Seduction". Soon after, Books-to-go-Now! put out an erotic title of hers "The Trio of Sin".

Now, Danielle is currently working with four different publishers as well as a group of writers called "The Iron Writer Challenge" a challenge in which 5 writers compete against one another with stories that they've written of only 500 words! Thus far, Danielle has won 8 out of the 11 challenges that she has taken.

Currently her list of novels includes several erotica, written under the pen name Heather Lane, western romance, romantic comedies, flash fiction, and soon to be released a young adult fantasy series!

In Her Last Chance, Katherine Daniels, advice columnist for High Fashion Magazine, had the life she always wanted in New York: a good job, a city apartment, and a secret crush. On a trip back home to Connecticut to care for her father, one man turned her whole world upside down: Dr. Warren Vance. After being humiliated in NY and pulled into her father's match-making antics, Kat had to rethink her life. What she didn't know was that this wasn't just a second chance, it was her last...

Book Review: The Woman in Black by Susan Hill

I've gotten tied up with work, had hospice training and been otherwise out of the hub-writing picture for a week or so. I've posted a new hub, a review of The Woman in Black by Susan Hill. Do stop in and have a look see. A passable ghost story is challenging enough to write. Hill nails that challenge and places the resulting novella in the ranks of exquisite ghost-story telling.

Book Review: Long Shadows by Grace DeLuca

I love to read. I'd read a lot more if I didn't have a day job. I decided to transfer over some of my lenses manually. This was a real feel good book. A cozy mystery with a smattering of romance and closure for a family's many years of grief. Please stop in to have a look at my review on HubPages. You'll also find the book on Amazon.
