Quinoa: Impressive!

When I first heard of Quinoa, I read of it actually, I wasn’t impressed. I also hadn’t a clue how to pronounce it either. Quinoa Tabbouleh

I looked at quinoa crosseyed the first time I saw it in an article. It took me some time before I bought it and put it on the shelf. Then, I discovered it significant nutritional value - it's a complete protein. That's a plus. It's also not an animal protein.
